We deliver managed solutions in seven specific areas: End User Management, Server Management, Data Life Cycle Management, Network Management, Security Management, Internet Management, and Email Management.

Remote End User Highlights:  End User Management includes deployment, software distribution, remote imaging, remote desktop assistance, asset management, help desk services, file backup services, license auditing and metering, software policy enforcement, rights management, and moves, adds, and changes to the workforce and location.

Remote Server Management Highlights:  Remote Server Management includes availability monitoring, self-healing agents, patch management, server replication services, environmental monitoring, operating system services and processes monitoring, deployment, asset management, and license auditing and metering. Server applications which can be exposed through WBEM or WMI can also be monitored.

Data Management:  Data Management supports the data life cycle including availability monitoring, growth reporting, delivery of IP based SAN and NAS appliances, tape-less backup and restore, and archival management services.

Network Management:  Network Monitoring and Management services provide continuous infrastructure availability monitoring in addition to QoS, performance, threshold, and event monitoring. Services also include device configuration revision management analysis, design, configuration, and deployment of firewalls, routers, internet and mobile gateways, switches and hubs and internal web services monitoring.

Security Services Highlights:  We manage and monitor network edge appliances for intrusion protection and detection, anti-virus and malicious code prevention, firewalls, mobile and VPN gateways. We also develop and enforce desktop and server policies including the management of anti-virus subscriptions.

Internet Services Highlights:  We manage DNS and MX records, and ISP SLA’s. We provide appliances for redundant inbound and outbound failover, content inspection, bandwidth monitoring, and user management, site and content monitoring. We assist with the development of acceptable use policies (AUP) and their enforcement through managed appliances. We also provide external monitoring of web services including HTTP, SMTP, and FTP through the internet and web based synthetic transactions.
